Fitch Rates Virginia College Building Authority's $235MM 2009B Revs 'AA+' (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)

NEW YORK----Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA+' rating to the Virginia College Building Authority's educational facilities revenue bonds , series 2009B. The bonds are scheduled for competitive sale on Nov. 10, 2009 and will be due Sept. 1, 2010-2039.
