Developer's past includes link to smuggling, drugs case (The Post-Star)

GLENS FALLS -- The developer in the process of buying the J.E. Sawyer & Co. building in downtown Glens Falls has ties to an alleged Hells Angels motorcycle gang leader at the center of a major investigation into contraband cigarette and illegal drug trafficking in Canada, according to Kahnawake Mohawk Reserve police.
